| appointment making is easy, drop off is easy - only item for change is I would like to receive a list of things checked at various milestones i.e. 65000 kms rather than just being told "we checked everything". There are so many things to check - something could have been missed. I trust the work but would like the extra re-assurance. |

| Brought car in for oil change and I had asked to look at tail lights cuz 1 was burnt out and I was told they check that out but when I picked up car and noticed after that it wasn't taken care of. I was surprised cuz most times its taken care of. So who did my car didn't do their job, just thought I wud note that. But overall I usually get great service. |
